Camping Operations and Rules

Operations

Here are the key details to know for camping on the fairgrounds:

  • Online reservation is required
  • Campsites are assigned upon arrival on a first come, first served basis
  • A camping pass is issued upon arrival and must be visible at all times on the vehicle and camping setup
  • No access to the camping area without a valid reservation
  • Any vehicle without a visible pass will be towed
  • A valid admission ticket is required to access the fairgrounds

Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following rules must be respected:

  • No open fires are permitted
  • Fireworks are prohibited
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and must remain within the camping area
  • To ensure a restful environment, noise must be kept to a minimum between midnight and 7:00 a.m.
  • Respect for other campers is essential. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
  • Generators are permitted, provided they are used with consideration for other campers and quiet hours
  • Alcohol consumption must be responsible and comply with the rules in effect on the fairgrounds

Campers must set up in the designated area (shown in green on the map below). Please follow on-site signage and staff instructions upon arrival.
